Learn. Grow. Heal.

Our mentoring and clinic assistant programs offer students the opportunity to grow in knowledge and hands-on experience in order to bring healing to patients in their respective fields.

Mentoring

The Foundation provides mentoring services to students currently studying or considering a medical field, including traditional Chinese medicine, integrative medicine and conventional medicine.

Mentoring gives guidance and counseling services to current and potential students of the following disciplines, and more:

  • Acupuncture

  • Massage

  • Traditional Chinese Medicine

  • Asian Medicine

  • Herbal studies

  • Nursing

  • Medicine and Pre-Medicine

Mentoring takes place in small groups and on an individual basis within clinical settings. Classes, lectures, and events are integral for the comprehensive experience.

Purpose of Mentoring

The Mentoring Program provides students and potential students in the above fields with experience in a clinical setting, and to help them reach their educational goals.

Current students, potential students, and those looking towards a career change are provided with a curriculum and training appropriate to their individual level of education.
